Taking hay from the attic

We have just finished dropping hay from upstairs and we are organizing it.

We Made it to the Farm!

Today was our first day on the farm.  We got to feed the cows.  Raven, Carlos, and I were in a group with our teacher Ms. Herzig when we fed the Jersey milk cows.

field trip

I am so excited for our trip. We will be staying in Vermont at Spring Brook Farm for a week. We leave Monday. Wuuuu I can't wait it's gonna be awesome there. Baby pigs are just going to be born too!  It will be a blast!

math prep

Hey it's me again Jardel. Today after lunch we had math mcas prep. It wasn't that bad. There was just a lot of questions. Here I will show you one. I have a basket with 9 red apples 6 yellow apples 5 green apples. what is the fraction of apples are yellow? THE ANSWER IS 6 OUT OF 20. That was one of the easy questions.
                                                                               

Jardel's Ecosystem

This is my ecosystem. The top part is dirt with plants. The bottom is water and a snail is in it. The two parts are connected, just like in real life.  The land or dirt part can soak up water from the sky and then it might fall through and go into the water part.  Look at the picture below you will see my snail Jr.

I've had my ecosystem for about two weeks and four days.  It's changed.  The plants at the top got bigger and the water got dirtier.  My snail has moved.

awsome mcas and first post

It's Jardel, one of the first seniors to post. We just finished the Reading MCAS and it was easy. It flew by like nothing. The real test is next year during 6th grade.  It is gonna be tough. Yay I am first. Hehe. I will post later.
